NEREO provides bespoke and tailored in house training support to those organisations which don’t possess the capacity or the capability to deliver the training courses themselves. This support work involves designing training courses and workshops which are built around the organisation’s specific requirements; this may include the use of the organisation’s existing procedures and templates, or supporting the communication of new ways of working and cultural change messages. It is a tailored approach which satisfies the individual requirement of the organisations and has proven to be a great success.
