- Advice, consultancy and developmental support to Monitoring Officer in undertaking a review of constitutional arrangements within a borough council prior to submission to Members for formal approval
- Development and delivery of a training programme for Members seeking enhanced roles (Cabinet Membership, Committee Chair, Scrutiny) within the Authority and regionally relating to regional stakeholders and decision-making bodies, information governance and the Authority’s decision-making responsibilities
