- Dealing with high level, complex and sensitive employment relations issues including employment tribunals and beyond, safeguarding organisational reputation and reduciing impact
- Enhancing the ’employment offer’ through contemporary recruitment practice, a focus on retention through communications, engagement, learning and wellbeing to enable growth of a resilient and considerate organisational culture
- Implementing pragmatic and coherent people strategies, supported by appropriate policy and good practice, which facilitate organisational development, transformation and change
- Provision of HR skills, expertise or additional capacity – strategic and operational
- Mentoring
- Oversight of or investigation into specific people issues
